Rinaldo Brutoco is Founding President of the World Business Academy, a non-profit think tank and network founded in 1987 with the mission to educate and inspire business leaders to take responsibility for the planetary whole. Since then, the Academy has continuously published cutting-edge articles and books that address the role and responsibility of business in relation to the critical moral, environmental and social dilemmas of the day. A leading executive, writer, and keynote speaker for over 25 years, Rinaldo is widely recognized as a practical visionary, change agent, and futurist. In 2007 Rinaldo co-authored his most recent book, Freedom from Mid-East Oil, a leading book on energy and climate change. He was Co-Founder and COO of the nation’s first pay cable television operation, and CEO of one of the first companies to offer over-the-air TV transmission of major motion pictures. He has served on the board of The Men’s Wearhouse, a $2-billion-dollar company, since its IPO about 20 years ago and on numerous non-profit boards, including the Gorbachev Foundation. Additionally, he is Chairman of the Board of the Unstoppable Foundation, a nonprofit organization that builds schools in Africa for children and boarding schools for girls in high school, and on the board of the Chopra Foundation and the JUST CAPITAL Foundation.

Bob Colucci brings more than 25 years of management and senior leadership experience to H2 Clipper, Inc. Bob served in many senior positions afloat and ashore and spent several years in the Operations analysis and on the Secretary of the Navy Staff. He possesses a unique back-ground in the government and private sector, including more than ten years in developing and fielding software solutions and managing large organizations and start up operations. After retiring Bob lead a database company and grew it to national recognition. Bob joined Harte-Hanks in 1996 as President of Harte-Hanks Market Advantage, start-up division and in 2000 became President of Harte-Hanks Logistics, the largest division within the company. He was promoted to the Corporate Officer, Vice President, Direct Marketing, in 2004. In 2010, Bob joined the H2 Clipper team and was named Chief Executive Officer in 2011.

Vice Admiral, USN (Retired)

From seaman recruit to Vice Admiral, Jerry Tuttle’s 40 year career in the United States Navy included assignments to a variety of attack and fighter squadrons, and several senior-level shore assignments. He has been awarded numerous decorations, and at the time of retirement, he was presented with the Navy's prestigious ``Grey Eagle Award``. VADM Tuttle is widely regarded as an information technology strategist, having created Navy's C4I Joint Operations Tactical System (JOTS). In 1989, he became Director, Space and Electronic Warfare, an assignment he held until retirement. During this tour he crafted Navy's C4I architecture, Copernicus, and Information Warfare architecture, Sonata. Following retirement, Tuttle joined Oracle Government, as Vice President, Business Development and Chief Staff Officer, followed by President, REL-TEK Systems & Design Inc., and Sr. Vice President ManTech International Corporation/President, ManTech Systems Engineering Corp. In 2002 VADM Tuttle launched J.O.T. Enterprises, LLC. He has chaired, participated, and held advisory roles for a plethora of public, private and nonprofit organizations and corporations. He joined the H2 Clipper Board of Directors in 2011.

James M. Seely

Rear Admiral, USN (Retired)

During his time in the United States Navy, beginning 1955 to retirement from active service in 1989, Rear Admiral James Seely held four aviation commands and several senior Navy and Joint Staff positions in the Pentagon. Admiral Seely’s final assignment in 1988-89 was Deputy/Acting Comptroller of the Navy, where he was responsible for the nearly $100 billion budget for the Department of the Navy, the Navy Center for Cost Analysis, and the Navy Accounting and Finance Center. Since retirement from the Navy in 1989, RADM Seely has been a consultant for Burdeshaw Associates, Ltd., the Center for Naval Analyses (CNA), RRP Defense Consultant Associates, JMS Consulting and numerous firms in the defense industry. During active duty and post retirement consulting Seely developed expertise in tactical and nuclear air-to-surface and air-to-air weapons and systems, electronic warfare, operations and systems analysis, war gaming (operational and politico-military), budget planning and execution, Navy accounting and finance, acquisition analysis, and program proposal development and evaluation. He joined the H2 Clipper Board of Directors in 2011.

Vice President (Retired) Lockheed Martin Corporation

Robert Dalal is a retired senior level executive with expertise in corporate strategy, development and implementation. He served as the Vice President of Business Operations for Lockheed Martin Integrated Systems & Global Solutions – C2 Solutions, a $700 million business that creates command and control systems for US Warfighter. His past experience at Lockheed Martin includes working as the CFO of SAVI Group/SAVI Technologies, where he assimilated systems and business operations in US, Singapore and China; CEO and CFO of Space Imaging, Inc. for which he led the expansion of the first Ikonos satellite market and revenues; CFO of Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company–Missiles & Space Systems Company; and Vice President of Business Management of Lockheed Martin Astronautics Company. Robert has extensive aerospace industry capabilities in leadership and strategy; due diligence; cost analysis, reduction and control; international business; and quality performance improvement. He joined the H2 Clipper Board in 2013.
